Our little painter!

It was so hot outside today we decided to stay indoors and work on a little project. I decided to break out the paint and let Morgan paint her bird house that she made and the Lowe's workshop. While painting, I was trying to unload the dishwasher and when I turned around this is what I found. Morgan had paint all over her lips and face. She said that she wanted to make her lips "pretty". I just thank God that it wasn't permanent or toxic paint. It washed right off and we were back to painting. I will post more pictures of her finally project once it is completed and ready to hang. All I can say is that it is pretty colorful so far!

I was going through some pictures on my computer and I found these pictures of a humming bird that I took at the ranch. Just thought I would share them. I am totally amazed by humming birds. They are my favorite bird.

We have baby deer!

Today while at the ranch ,Stephen and paw paw found the first baby deer of the season. For those who don't know, Stephen and his dad are dreading deer up at the ranch. One of the five doe just had her first baby. It is a little doe. She is so cute. Just wish we could have been there to see her and hold her. Maybe next time. It surely won't be our last.

Pool time!

Last year I was going to buy one of those cheap plastic pools with the slide on it and before I could get one they were all gone. This year, I got one and it was so worth the $30.00 I spent on it. Morgan loves that thing. She loves anything with a slide. She slides on her bottom, forwards and backwards. She slides on her tummy. You name it, she has tried it. I just wish my bottom was a little smaller and I could enjoy it as well. It looks like so much fun. Oh, to be young again!

Minnie or Jo Jo?

Tonight Stephen and I were sitting in the living room watching TV and Morgan came running out of her room with her Minnie Mouse ears and Jo Jo clown nose on. When asked who she was she said that she was Minnie Jo Jo. I guess this is what happens when a mouse and a clown get together? Got to love her.
