Disney Anyone?

The day that we have all been waiting for has finally come. Today we left for Disney World. Not sure how this is all going to go. Morgan really enjoyed the flight up, but is not a big fan of any of the rides or characters so far. I sure hope that she starts to enjoy this a little more or else it is going to be a really long 7 days. She like all the characters from a distance but if they get up close to her, she completely freaks out. Hoping with time she will warm up to them. Had a great dinner this evening at the Whispering Canyon restaurant at our hotel at the Wilderness Lodge. Our hotel is really nice. Glad the we spent the extra money to stay here. We have a really great view of the pool from our balcony. Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. We are headed to Disney Hollywood Studio's tomorrow. Oh, one more thing. Can I tell you how hot it is in Florida. Man, and I thought Texas humidity was bad. Thank goodness I brought my little portable hand held fan!

Winging our way to Disney. Nothing but sunny skies ahead!

We're here!

Morgan and Stephen. She is glowing with excitement. Stephen is a little excited too!

One of the many shows we enjoyed. Morgan loved seeing all the princesses.

I made Stephen stand in front of this Indian head dress and take his picture. Look it's Big Chief himself.

Stephen and I were serving chocolate covered strawberries and champagne after dinner for our anniversary celebration. It was the perfect end to our first day.

Morgan digging into her cupcake. Nothing like getting loaded up on sugar just before bedtime. Hey, you only turn 4 once!

Coming to Disney was part of Morgan's birthday this year. Although her birthday is not until July we decided to celebrate it while we were at Disney. Tonight at dinner, she received a cupcake and everyone sang happy birthday to her. She was so excited.

They made her stand up in her chair at dinner as the whole restaurant sang Happy Birthday to her. She thought it was really cool. So did we! I think the smile on her face says it all.

Morgan riding her stick horse in the stick horse race. If you all remember my lil girl won a trophy last October at the State Fair for this. Tonight everyone was a winner. Morgan did really well though I must say.
